Scholarship Application

 

The scholarship application must be completed and submitted no later than 5:00pm March 1st, 2009

 The nutrition & dietetics program at WSU invites you to apply for scholarships sponsored by the department.

What scholarships are available?

Seven scholarships are available to undergraduates, and are targeted to all types of students – some scholarships are students in dietetics, some are for ‘average’ students, while some scholarships are meant for students in financial need. All nutrition students are invited to apply, and will be considered based on their eligibility for various awards.

Who can apply?
All students pursuing a degree in dietetics or nutritional science are eligible. This includes:
    • freshmen, sophomores and juniors
    • seniors (or post-bacc students) within 1 to 1 ½ years of graduating with their Bachelor’s degree (students with less than 1 year before graduating should not apply)
    • students enrolled in, or accepted into, the Coordinated Program in Tacoma/Puyallup.

When are the applications due?
Applications are due March 1. Students will learn of their awards in mid- to late-April. Awards will be granted for the next academic school year.
