How to Apply to the

Doctor of Pharmacy Program

We will begin taking applications for fall 2015 on June 1, 2014. The application period for fall 2014 is now closed.

  1. Complete a PharmCAS application

    The following items must be submitted to PharmCAS:
      • Pharmacy College Admissions Test – PCAT scores should be sent directly to PharmCAS using Code 104
      • Two letters of recommendation are required: one professional and one academic
      • Transcripts
  2. Create a CollegeNET account
  3. Complete a WSU Supplemental Application using your new CollegeNET account, user ID and password

    Your professional goals statement must be submitted through CollegeNET with your WSU supplemental application.

 

Application Deadlines: 2014-2015

Summer*: PharmCAS filing period opens and WSU supplemental application period open.

September 2: Early decision program: PharmCAS and WSU supplemental applications due.

January 2015:
PharmCAS filing period closes and WSU supplemental application due.
* Dates will be posted as soon as they are available from PharmCAS.

Interview dates: 2014–2015

October 10: Early decision interviews take place.

December 5, January 10, February 6:
Regular admission interviews.
 

Decisions: 2014–2015

October: Early decision applicants will be notified by mid-October.

Mid-March: All decisions made by mid-March.
