Be the first to know!
Washington State University College of Pharmacy participates in the PharmCAS Early Decision process. This is a great opportunity to secure your spot early!
How it works
This application process through PharmCAS allows you to apply for your top choice pharmacy school early, and subsequently get your acceptance determination early.
If you have decided that WSU College of Pharmacy is your first choice and apply through the PharmCAS Early Decision process, then you are committing to enroll if you are accepted. If you are not accepted to WSU through Early Decision, you can then apply to other pharmacy schools through the regular PharmCAS admission cycle.
Early Decision deadline
The Early Decision application deadline is the Tuesday after Labor Day. PharmCAS deadline information »
In addition to completing the PharmCAS application, you must also submit the WSU Supplemental Application and ensure that your transcripts, and references have been RECEIVED by PharmCAS by the September deadline.
Early Decision has many benefits for students:
- You will interview before the regular admission pool and be notified of your acceptance before regular admission candidates. (Early Decision interviews will be held in October)
- You will enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing early.
- Begin your housing search and prepare for your first semester early!
Didn’t get your application in on time?
No problem! If you did not get all your documents to PharmCAS by the September deadline, you will be DEFERRED to regular application status – meaning your application will rollover to WSU’s regular admission cycle. Deferred applicants may also now apply to additional pharmacy programs.
